The Retreat
Presence. Practice. Connection.
Step away from the noise—and into the now.
Into The Now is a 3-night retreat designed to help you reconnect with what’s real: your body, your breath, your presence. Set in a quiet corner of Vermont, surrounded by forest and open sky, this experience is meant to reset your nervous system and bring you back to the ground beneath your feet.
Each morning begins with strong, intentional yoga to awaken the body and quiet the mind. We’ll sit in meditation, explore present-moment awareness through discussion and practice, and immerse ourselves in nature—with a guided hike and wild water dip that will leave you feeling fully alive.

You'll also experience the power of cold exposure with an on-site cold plunge and sauna, along with a dedicated session on using the cold as a tool for clarity, resilience, and nervous system health. We’ll breathe together, move together, and explore how to integrate these practices into everyday life—where presence matters most.
Throughout the retreat, Chef Kory will prepare fresh, nourishing meals to fuel you and support the work we’ll be doing.
This is more than a weekend getaway—it’s a return to what’s real. A coming home to the now.
Come as you are. Leave more fully yourself.
